Raw Material Quality Control:
DirecSource directly employs over 20 well-trained specialists who continuously monitor quality standards throughout product development and specification. Members of our Quality Team spend their days traveling between our in-house testing facility in Dong Guan City, China, and material sourcing and manufacturing plants throughout Asia picking up materials and product samples for evaluation.

Finished Goods Quality Control: The same DirecSource Quality Team assigned to ensure standards within the product development and specification phase also manage the finished goods quality efforts. This process quite simply includes random sampling of finished goods that are taken back to our in-house testing facility for evaluation. We also can and do provide on-site 100% sampling when required.

Testing Services: DirecSource uses the latest technologies available for raw material and finished goods testing. We have testing facilities in both Asia and the US, where we are able to test and provide results and solutions quickly and reliably. During manufacturing, our vendors are audited and constantly monitored ensuring that quality standards and methods are used.
