Raw Material Sourcing: In most cases, DirecSource procures and owns the raw materials required for a job. Participating in the negotiation process directly with the supplier helps us manage and control cost while ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all parties. We can also better ensure that quality standards and production timelines are met by working with our leveraged network of over 400 dependable suppliers with proven track records of reliability and business standards.

Product Development Support: DirecSource works directly with our clients to help identify and define raw material options, design, and production techniques that are complimentary and ensure effective and efficient outcomes. This process is ongoing in an effort to provide continuous improvement and flexibility.

Production Management and Oversight:
We assign DirecSource Production Managers to every project who assist our factories on-site and our clients by ensuring that quality standards are used and efficient production methods are followed. We invest in our factories and where needed, take the lead in upgrading, training and implementation of compliance and quality requirements. We also purchase and install manufacturing equipment for our factories in order to maximize efficiency for our clients.

Shipping and Warehousing: We manage the entire post-production process from packaging to delivery to fulfillment. DirecSource has advanced EDI capabilities and ships direct to your retail channel. For those who offer an e-commerce business DirecSource is also able to ship straight to consumers.
